Our Vision and Mission
An unintended consequence of our modern lifestyle has been the grave impact on the balance of nature. The issue of global warming has become a scourge that will greatly affect the sustainability of the earth that we humans share with the natural world. The rising temperature of the earth’s surface, the melting of ice at the north pole, rising sea levels, natural disasters, and changes in the weather, all serve to alert us to the harm we are doing to Mother Earth, and the alarms are getting louder and louder, demanding that we all immediately make changes to bring us into harmony with nature, humankind, and the creator.
Sustainability underpins the vision and main mission of baliecotrip.com, inviting us to work together to build a civilization for the good of all.

“…Bali, the famed Island of the Gods, with its varied landscape of hills and mountains, rugged coastlines and sandy beaches, lush rice terraces, and volcanic hillsides all providing a picturesque backdrop to its colorful, deeply spiritual, and unique culture stakes a serious claim to be paradise on earth…”
This description of Bali was always playing in my imagination until I witnessed it with my own eyes and heart. As a Balinese who was born into a very simple farming family on the island of Sumatra namy years ago, I first visited Bali, the land of my ancestors, at the age of eighteen. When I arrived in Bali, I was captivated by the natural beauty and the noble culture that was passed down by my ancestors and was motivated to learn everything I could about the unique traditions, customs, and culture of my homeland. Now after more than a quarter century of living and practicing Balinese culture, I am privileged to be able to share this knowledge with visitors to this island.
The ethos of Bali Eco Trip has been shaped by my early life, my education, and my years of work experience, most of which has been spent in the field of tourism. My childhood in a small village, interacting with nature in the wilderness has had a big influence on the person I have become – one who truly appreciates the sustainability and balance of the environment, a key element of Tri hita karana (three causes of harmony in life) with respect for nature, love for others and at the same time a connection to the creator.
The experience, knowledge, and philosophy that I have strived to embed in this tour program is what I believe makes it unique experience – showing visitors the true life of Bali with the spirit of caring and sharing.
Please join me on this beautiful journey.
